About Fun Fleet Bus #2905

This bus was purchased from Mass Transit Administration in Baltimore, MD. This filled in fourth generation 5308s with a V8. I went to Baltimore to pick up this bus and it had no injectors. I had made an inspection trip earlier so brought injectors with me on the second trip. I had purchased about 6 of these buses at auction. I picked #2905 because it seemed to be the best of the bunch. I installed N-60 type injectors in it and the bus ran very good. It was in the route so I even made a stop in Monahans, Texas to visit my uncle, "Loren Joplin". 

I drove the bus to California without incident. I didn't like the plastic seats so we replaced them with standard American seats. Other than usual maintenance such as radius rod bushings and general maintenance, the bus was good.
